Harper Control Solutions is a family-owned company that focuses on areas including water treatment and distribution, commercial buildings, high rise buildings, municipalities, fire suppression applications, and automated control panels, as well as onsite maintenance support and emergency service.
We work with engineers and system owners to provide mission critical designs and strive to deliver “uninterrupted water service”. Providing superior products and service has become synonymous with Harper Control Solutions. HarperCSI serves clients in water, wastewater, and commercial buildings along with special applications like fueling, irrigation, and automated control panels.
We maintain a large inventory of valves and controls to meet our customers’ demanding requirements. We stand behind our role as supplier, service provider, and consultant; we follow through in all phases of your project. The material that we sell has earned us high praise from our customers and the owners of the facilities where our equipment is installed.

We have participated in most major construction projects in the Tri-State area including the World Trade Center Structures, Bank of America and the Trump properties. We are also known in the water utility industrial throughout the region for our expertise, field service and premier products.
Company History
In 1974, Harper International was founded by Robert Harper. Bob’s commitment to providing superior products and service has become synonymous with Harper International. Over the years, Harper expanded to serve clients in water, waste-water, and commercial buildings along with special applications like fueling, irrigation and automated control systems.
Harper Control Solutions was recently formed to focus in areas including water treatment and distribution, commercial buildings, and fire suppression applications. We work with engineers and system owners to provide mission critical designs and strive to deliver “uninterrupted water service”.
Harper Control Solutions, Inc.is a family owned company headed by Tom and Deborah Kuehnel. Harper Control Solutions serves clients internationally with a strong presence in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Long Island and the 5 boroughs of New York City, where we are the exclusive sales representatives for premier manufacturers of fluid control components and automated control systems.
Harper Control Solutions retained the majority of employees from Harper International and has added several new accomplished employees. Harper Control Solutions is thankful to our employees, engineering firms, vendors, suppliers and most of all our customers for their continued support and recognition. We are appreciative of all the requests and referrals we receive from so many of you!
